Carrot cupcake Ingredients: GF Flour Blend (brown rice, potato starch, tapioca, xanthan gum), organic sugar, carrots, buttermilk, canola oil, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, ginger, sea salt. vanilla. Frosting: powdered sugar, butter, orange juice, orange zest, salt.
Vanilla cupcake Ingredients: , GF Flour Blend (brown rice, potato starch, tapioca, xanthan gum), organic sugar, eggs, butter, canola oil, baking powder, vanilla, sea salt. Frosting: powdered sugar, butter, milk and salt.
Chocolate cupcake Ingredients: cupcake, GF Flour Blend (brown rice, potato starch, tapioca, xanthan gum), organic sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, canola oil, baking powder, vanilla, sea salt. Frosting: powdered sugar, butter, cocoa, milk and salt.
Storage: room temperature for up to 3-4 days or in the fridge for about a week. For longer storage, store in the freezer up to 6 months. (they store great in the freezer)
