We all agree that Oregon Berries are the best the Pacific Northwest has to offer. When they are wrapped in flaky pie crusted galettes, joy sweeps over us all. These mini galettes are 2 inches each and include Marion Berries, Blueberries, and Raspberries in a delicious cornmeal crust.
Ingredients: Marionberry, blueberry, raspberry, cinnamon, GF Flour Blend (brown rice, potato starch, tapioca, xanthan gum), buttermilk, butter, organic sugar, cornmeal, salt. CONTAINS: Dairy, Egg free.
Storage: Keep in the freezer for up to 9 months.
Heating : These are already baked, you are just heating them up. From frozen, bake 350℉ for 12-15 mins. Fast heating, microwave 30 seconds then bake 350℉ for 8-10 mins to crisp the crust. You can also thaw the night before in the fridge and then bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
