Imagine our double dark cookies made bigger topped with vanilla frosting and chocolate ganache then adorned with a cute little loop-d-loop, reminiscent of hostess cupcakes circa 1980 ish?
3.5-4" cookie size - these come in a box (so they won't get squished)
Ingredients: GF Flour Blend (brown rice, potato starch, tapioca, xanthan gum), butter, organic sugar, chocolate chips (cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, cocoa solids 52%), cocoa, molasses, vanilla, salt, baking soda, eggs. Frosting: powedered sugar, creme, vanilla and salt. Ganache: chocolate chips and cream. CONTAINS: dairy, eggs, soy
Storage: Like most gf cookies - these are best if eaten in the first 1-2 days. If you want to tuck them away for another day, store them in the freezer in a ziplock type bag. Like all of our cookies these freeze really well. When we take them home, if we don't plan to eat them in a day or two, we freezer them right away.
