Do you love pie?! Crumble bars are essentially pie squared. If you love fresh, local fruit in season (ish) you will fall in love with these bars.
Crumble bars are made with a shortbread crust and topped with a crumbly buttery layer and inside is our house made fruit filling. Though the year you'll find Apple, rashberry, strawberry rubarb and a few more flavors

Ingredients: Strawberry, Rhubarb, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice. Crumble: gluten-free flour blend (brown rice, potato starch, tapioca, xanthan gum), butter, lemon juice, salt, cinnamon.

Storage: Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or at room temp for 2-3 days. You can also keep a stash in freezer for up to 6 months. Thaw at room temperature or in the fridge whenever you're ready to enjoy.
