Blue Moon Dinner Roll Mix – Gluten Free Made Easy

Whether you're planning a holiday dinner, a casual family meal, or just want to wow everyone with homemade rolls, our gluten free mix has you covered. With just a few simple ingredients from your pantry—eggs, butter, and warm water—you’ll have 8–12 tender, bakery-style rolls ready to impress.

This mix makes more than just dinner rolls too. Shape into burger buns, stuffed savory rolls, or even sandwich sliders. Each bite is pillowy-soft with a lightly golden crust, thanks to a recipe we’ve perfected for flavor and rise.

Gluten free & easy to make. No kneading required—just mix, shape, rise, and bake.

Ingredients: Gluten Free Flour Blend (brown rice, potato starch, tapioca, xanthan gum), buttermilk powder, organic sugar, psyllium husk powder, sea salt, baking powder, yeast.

Contains: Dairy, eggs

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 Blue Moon Roll Mix

  • 1⅓ cup warm water

  • 2 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

  • 1 egg + 1 yolk (for dough)

  • 6 Tbsp butter, softened

Optional: 1 egg + 1 tsp water (for brushing tops)

Baking Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9” round pan.

  • In a bowl, whisk warm water, lemon juice, egg, and yolk.

  • In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, pour in roll mix and turn to low speed.

  • Slowly add the liquid while mixing, then add softened butter.

  • Beat on medium speed until dough is sticky and uniform (3–5 minutes).

  • Shape into balls using wet hands (about ⅓ cup each) and place in the pan.

  • Cover and let rise at room temperature until doubled (about 1 hour).

  • Optional: Brush risen rolls with the egg wash for a glossy finish.

  • Bake 35–40 minutes, rotating halfway. Internal temp should reach 195–200°F.

  • Cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Storage Tips:

  • Risen, unbaked rolls can be refrigerated for up to 4 hours before baking.

  • Baked rolls can be stored in an airtight container or frozen for later enjoyment.

Fresh-baked, gluten-free goodness—made simple.
