What You’ll Need:

1 Blue Moon Roll Mix

1⅓ cup warm water

2 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

1 egg + 1 yolk (for dough)

6 Tbsp butter, softened
Optional: 1 egg + 1 tsp water (for brushing tops)
Baking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9” round pan.

In a bowl, whisk warm water, lemon juice, egg, and yolk.

In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, pour in roll mix and turn to low speed.

Slowly add the liquid while mixing, then add softened butter.

Beat on medium speed until dough is sticky and uniform (3–5 minutes).

Shape into balls using wet hands (about ⅓ cup each) and place in the pan.

Cover and let rise at room temperature until doubled (about 1 hour).

Optional: Brush risen rolls with the egg wash for a glossy finish.

Bake 35–40 minutes, rotating halfway. Internal temp should reach 195–200°F.

Cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before serving.
