Size & Packaging:
Each roll is 8 inches long comes frozen, wrapped in plastic wrap to preserve freshness and flavor.
Ingredients: Cake: Pumpkin purée, sugar, gluten-free flour(brown rice, potato starch, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), eggs, cinnamon, ground ginger, vanilla, salt, cloves, baking soda, baking powder.
Frosting: Cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, salt
Contains eggs and dairy.
Storage Instructions:
Store in the freezer for up to 6 months. Once thawed, keep in the fridge for 5–7 days.
Serving Tip from Melissa: I usually keep it in the freezer and slice it frozen—it makes for nice, clean cuts. Each slice only takes about 10-15 minutes to thaw.
