A fall tradition here at Blue Moon, pumpkin roll cake has been a fast favorite since we started making it several years ago. If you're a fan of pumpkin cake rolled up in fluffy cream cheese frosting - you'll fall in love with it too.
Cake is 8" long. (Pumpkin roll comes frozen wrapped in plastic wrap).
Ingredients: Pumpkin puree, sugar, GF flour, eggs, cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, cinnamon, ground ginger, vanilla, salt, cloves, baking soda, baking powder
Frosting: cream cheese, sugar, butter, vanilla, salt
Contains eggs and dairy.
Storage: Store in the freezer for up to 6 months. In the fridge, 5-7 days.
Note from Melissa: I usually keep in the freezer and slice it frozen - it makes nice clean cuts that way. Slices only take about 15 mins to thaw.
