The Rustic Baguette is a naturally leavened hearth baked bread. It is crusty and has an open airy crumb. The natural leavening lends a sour dough flavor that enhances the whole grain flour blend of millet, sorghum, and brown rice. I love that blue moon started carrying new cascadia! I prefer to shop local but it’s so far. I normally buy from Whole Foods but I’m so glad I can get my farmhouse bread from blue moon now!

I feel like their bread is so dense. It’s tasty but not an everyday kinda thing. They also don’t do well in the freezer in my experience. The bagels are one of the better options I’ve had that are fresh, but not something I have to have.

I’m so happy to be able to order these products along with my regular Blue Moon order. The bagels are the very best on the market. We use the Holla-day bread for sandwiches and French toast. It is so tender and delicious without any of the usual gf weird texture and density. Everything freezes well.

This is my go-to bread for toast, to share gf at potlucks and to make sandwiches. Always hearty and a good choice. They have a great bar donut, too. Very yeasty and delicious.

I’m very happy with the farmhouse sandwich bread! My loaf was super fresh, with a chewy crust and a delicious middle. The slight sourdough tang works great for sandwiches, toast, and grilled cheese.

The bread is very soft. It is the first GF bread that my kid liked enough at room temperature to request it in their lunchbox. This was a huge win at our house. Thank you for carrying this brand!

New Cascadia has figured out the secret to good GF bread! The bagels have chew, the holla-day bread is soft & the farmhouse bread is not crumbly and makes great sandwiches!
