6/1/25, test batched a new donut base this week. Come along with us and try the new brioche-based donuts. They are more of a melt in your mouth OMG-ish type of donut.
(we will be switching all filled donuts to the new brioche dough starting Saturday June 7).
NEW Brioche Donut Base Ingredients: GF Flour Blend (brown rice, potato starch, tapioca, xanthan gum), eggs, butter, water, sugar, psyllium, yeast, salt.
Boston Filling: Milk, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and salt. Ganache: chocolate chips (cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, cocoa solids 52%), and cream. Contains dairy, eggs and soy
Rasp filling: Raspberry jam (raspberry, sugar), organic sugar lemon extract.
*Contains dairy and soy. (the chocolate chips we use contain soy lecithin)
Storage: These donuts are meant to be eaten now (or when you get to your destination, drive safe). If you don’t eat them right away, tuck them in the fridge - the creme filling are perishable. The creme filling also has a tendency to absorb into the donut if you wait too long to eat them...more that 6-8 hours (we discovered this the hard way).
If you’re going to save them for later, as in you don’t plan to eat them today - store them in the freezer, then thaw and eat.
