Ingredients: GF flour blend, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, caraway seeds, currants, butter, buttermilk. Contains dairy (egg free)
How to bake (if getting ready to bake) Thaw in fridge for about 12-16 hours or on the counter for an hour. Bake 350 in a preheated oven, 25-40 mins. Use an internal thermometer to temp to 180-185 degrees - do not underbake.
Storage: Keep the ready to bake one in the freezer for up to 6 months. For the "baked" variety, store in the fridge for 2-3 days or freeze for up to 6 months.
