Ingredients: GF flour blend, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, caraway seeds, currants, butter, buttermilk.

Contains dairy (butter, buttermilk). Free from Eggs.

Baking Instructions (For Ready-to-Bake Version)

  • Thaw in fridge for 12–16 hours, or on the counter for 1 hour.

  • Bake at 350°F in a preheated oven for 25–40 minutes.

  • Use a thermometer to ensure internal temp reaches 180–185°F — do not underbake.

Storage Tips

  • Ready-to-bake loaves: Freeze up to 6 months

  • Fresh-baked loaves: Store in fridge for 2–3 days, or freeze for up to 6 months
