There’s nothing quite like the comforting aroma of fresh-baked apple pie. Our Gluten-Free Classic Apple Pie is filled with juicy Oregon and Washington apples, spiced with cinnamon, and topped with a golden butter crumble that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients:

Filling: Oregon/Washington apples, organic sugar, cinnamon, sea salt

Crust: Gluten-Free Flour Blend (brown rice, potato starch, tapioca, xanthan gum), butter, water, salt, lemon juice, sugar

Contains: Dairy

*Dairy-Free Version: Made with palm shortening instead of butter

Storage Instructions:

  • Freezer: Store up to 3–4 months

  • Fridge: Enjoy within 5 days

  • Room Temperature: Best within 2–3 days 

Baking Instructions (Unbaked Frozen Pie): Place frozen pie on a sheet pan to catch drips. Bake at 350°F for ~2 hours on the bottom third rack. Pie is done when the filling is bubbly and apples are soft. If the crust browns too quickly, cover the edges with foil.

Tip: Do not use convection!

To Reheat a Baked Pie: Cover with foil and warm at 350°F for 10–20 minutes.
