Do you want to make a top crust or use your own pie dough? We're testing out pie dough in a disk, ready to roll. There is enough for 2 - 9" pies. (This is the same exact dough we use for all our pies and hand tarts).
You'll need a rolling pin and a bit of gf flour to roll. We'll provide tips and instructions on working with gf pie dough. This is for an intermediate to advanced baker (gf pie dough is worked entirely different than its gluten counter part).
