Lemon Poppy Cookie with Coriander
Bright lemon, a delicate poppy seed crunch, and just a hint of coriander—that’s the magic in every bite.
If you love a cookie that’s citrusy, slightly floral, and just unexpected enough to make you go “wow,” this one’s for you. The coriander boosts the lemony notes and gives this cookie a flavor twist that’s made it a fast favorite since we introduced it in February 2022.

Ingredients: GF Flour Blend (brown rice, potato starch, tapioca, xanthan gum), organic sugar, butter, eggs, molasses, poppy seeds, lemon extract, baking soda, sea salt, coriander.
Storage: Best enjoyed within 3–4 days, but like all our cookies, these freeze beautifully. Store in an airtight container or zip-top bag in the freezer and thaw when you're ready for a bright, lemony treat.
