We’re proud to have partnered with Liberated Baking in Clackamas to bring you a version of their famous gluten-free pita bread crust. While they’ve since closed, their legacy lives on in this delicious thin-style crust.

Ingredients: Brown rice flour, milk, potato starch, butter, sugar, tapioca flour, eggs, xanthan gum, yeast, vinegar, sea salt.

Baking Instructions:

These crusts come par-baked and frozen—you finish baking at home for fresh, hot pizza.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place crust on a baking pan straight from the freezer. Add your favorite toppings. Bake for about 12 minutes, then check and continue to bake until the crust reaches your ideal crispness.

Pro Tip for Extra Crunch: Preheat a skillet and cook crust 2 minutes per side before topping and baking.
